Mrs. Florence E. Gruber

Florence E. Gruber (nee Dunleavy) age 84 years of Williamstown, formerly of Paulsboro died Monday November 22, 2021 in Cooper Hospital, Camden. Mrs. Gruber was born in Camden, raised in Merchantville and lived in Paulsboro for 59 years before retiring to Holiday City in Williamstown in 2014. She retired as a bookkeeper after 20 years of service with Mobil Research in Paulsboro. Mrs. Gruber enjoyed all of the activities at Holiday City and meeting with her high school friends once a month. She is survived by her children, Cheryl Gruber, Steven J. and Cathy Gruber of Mt. Royal; her grandsons, Joseph and Justin Gruber and her brother, Gerald and Beverly Dunleavy of Pennsauken. Mrs. Gruber was predeceased by her husband, Joseph H. Gruber. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday November 30, 2021 in the McBride – Foley Funeral Home, 228 W. Broad St., Paulsboro.
