Mr. Herman Schoch Sr.

Herman Schoch Sr. age 72 years of Paulsboro died Sunday August 23, 2015 in Inspira Hospital, Woodbury. He was a lifelong Paulsboro resident and graduated from Paulsboro High School. Mr. Schoch was a veteran serving in the United States Army and he retired as a first class mechanic after 37 years of service with Air Products, Paulsboro. He was a former member of Paulsboro Volunteer Fire Association #1 and enjoyed being a bantam wrestling coach for many years with Paulsboro Wrestling. Mr. Schoch also enjoyed outdoor activities such as camping and fishing and was handy at fixing things. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Peggy Schoch (nee Hagan) of Paulsboro; his children, Ellen and Karl Pidliskey of Paulsboro, Herman Schoch Jr. and Teri of Paulsboro, Barney and Christina Schoch of Earlville, MD, Kevin and Christina Cabanas of Paulsboro, Michelle and Tom Wehner of Mullica Hill; his grandchildren, Madison, Kody, Natalie, Roxanne, Ryan, B.J. and Colleen; his brothers and sisters, David and Mary Schoch of Alloway, Annalinda Vincent and Joe of Paulsboro and Robert and Betty Ann Staab of Paulsboro.
