Mr. John Pollock Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

John Pollock age 80 years of Woodbury passed away in Inspira Hospital, Mullica Hill on Friday April 9, 2021. John was born and raised in Paulsboro and lived in Woodbury for 55 years. For several years he owned and operated John’s Auto Parts Stores in Swedesboro and Woodstown. He then worked for Kingsway Regional High School for over 20 years, retiring as buildings and grounds supervisor. He was a member of Infant Jesus Parish, St. Margaret’s Church in Woodbury Heights. John was an avid gardener with a green thumb; he could be found caring for his yard and flowers every day. He looked forward every year to golfing in Myrtle Beach with his family and friends. He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Mary Ellen Pollock (nee Rebyak) of Woodbury; his son John and Sandra Pollock of Pittsgrove; his grandchildren, Christopher, Jason, Michael, Jamie, Allyson, Ryan and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Kloe, Alex, Kaelyn, Leo and Delphine; his brothers, Dave and Judy Pollock of Pennsville, his twin brother, Frank Pollock and his companion Joan of Sicklerville and his brother Randall Pollock of Bridgeport as well and several nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his daughters, Donna Marie Pollock Sharp, Kimberly Ann Pollock; his grandson, Brett Pollock and his brother Marman and his wife Mary Pollock. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM Friday April 16, 2021 in Infant Jesus Parish, St. Margaret’s Church, 845 Third Street, Woodbury Heights. Relatives and Friends may visit with the family Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in the McBride – Foley Funeral Home, 228 W. Broad St., Paulsboro. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
