Mrs. Marietta L. Lodge

September 11, 1926 - November 14, 2021

Marietta L. Lodge (nee Stover) age 95 years of Clayton, formerly of Paulsboro died Sunday November 14, 2021 in The Mews, Woodbury. Mrs. Lodge was born in Philadelphia, raised in Repaupo and Gibbstown and was a 1944 graduate of Paulsboro High School. After her marriage she lived in Paulsboro and was a former member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. In 1966 she moved to Clayton and was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Clayton. She enjoyed traveling with her husband but enjoyed being at home on Silver Lake the most! She is survived by her children, Ned and Cathy Lodge of Selbyville, DE, Anne Lodge of Wilmington, DE; her grandchildren, Melissa, Peter and Rebecca; her great grandchildren, Lily Anna, Wesley Edward and Jackson Ford and her sister, Anna Mae Gruber of Woodbury. Mrs. Lodge was predeceased by her husband, Edward G. Lodge and her daughter in law, Kathleen Lodge. A Graveside Service will be held at 11 AM Saturday November 20, 2021 in Eglington Cemetery, 320 Kings Hwy., Clarksboro. Arrangements by McBride – Foley Funeral Home, Paulsboro.
